Tebogo Malele is a highly accomplished clinical technologist specializing in nephrology, with over twenty years’ experience in the nephrology field. She is the CEO and founder of Nephromed Kidney Centre Pty Ltd and West Rand Dialysis Inc. She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Stellenbosch and has additional qualifications in financial management and project management, which support her vision of expanding renal services across Africa. In addition to a diverse set of skills in nephrology as a clinical technologist, Tebogo has obtained a qualification in Basics of Financial Management through the University of Cape Town (UCT), Advanced Project Management through UNISA and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (PDBA) through the Wits Business School.  Her dedication extends to making healthcare accessible, particularly in underserved regions, while managing a team of about 50 staff members in her clinics. In addition, she has partnered with strategic partners in her clinics, ensuring that the team composition is solid with expertise to propel the company to greater heights.

In addition to these roles, she plays a vital leadership position as the chairperson of the Dialysis Association of South Africa, often referred to simply as DASA. In this capacity, she works tirelessly with fellow service providers in South Africa to promote the interests of patients and healthcare providers alike, ensuring that best practices in dialysis care are known and implemented. Tebogo's commitment to her work goes beyond just running clinics; she is passionate about making healthcare services more accessible to everyone, especially those who live in underserved areas where such services may be limited. Her major goal is to diversify by building hospitals and multi-disciplinary medical centers with a vision to offer underserved regions a wide array of comprehensive renal services

The dedicated team members, both clinical and non-clinical, share her vision for quality patient care and working towards the company vision of being the leading black-owned quality renal replacement service provider in Africa. Tebogo Malele continues to make significant strides in the field of nephrology, aiming to improve healthcare for all in her community and beyond.

Outside her professional work, Tebogo is a dedicated Christian, wife and mother of 3. She holds the belief that making an impact should extend beyond the professional realm and influence future generations.
